Terms of Booking
By booking a service, you enter into an agreement directly with Studio Selia Ltd.

When you book a session or service with Studio Selia, only the personal data considered necessary is collected.

Personal data is collected when you book a session with Studio Selia or voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter. The data collected includes your name, email address, and phone number.
Purpose of Data Collection
Your data is collected for the purpose of administering and communicating about your booking, and where applicable, for newsletter distribution and marketing communication. It may also be used for the continued development of Studio Selia's services.
How long is your data stored?
Studio Selia retains your personal data for as long as you are an active client, or otherwise for up to 1 year.
Sharing of Data
Your data is treated confidentially and is only shared with third parties where necessary to fulfil the purposes listed above, such as service providers essential to Studio Selia's operations and email delivery.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected, or to request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, please contact Studio Selia at mroos@studioselia.com.
You also have the right to raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Interior Design & E-Design Services
Studio Selia also offers e-design and interior design services, delivered entirely online. This is a flexible, guided approach to transforming your space — you receive design direction and can work through it at your own pace. These services are creative and advisory in nature.
Design projects are governed by a separate written agreement.

Booking Terms, Responsibilities & Understanding
I understand that Studio Selia offers energy-focused and healing services, including Reiki, chakra balance, and chakra work. These services are non-medical in nature and it is my responsibility to consult my doctor regarding any physical or mental health concerns.
I understand that these services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and I have been advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any conditions or treatments, past or present.
I understand that all change is my own and I take full responsibility for this. I understand that all healing is self-healing and that the practitioner acts as a facilitator in the process. It is my responsibility to be open, honest, and to share any relevant information that may support my session.
I understand that I may receive insights, guidance, or observations during a session. I understand that these do not originate from the practitioner as personal advice but are offered as part of the energetic process for my own reflection.
I am free to pause or end a session at any time if something does not feel right. Studio Selia is not responsible for travel costs, client lateness, or refunds in the event of a client no-show. Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice.
I understand that my name and personal information are treated confidentially in accordance with UK GDPR.
I give permission for Studio Selia to reference general themes or insights from my session in educational or editorial material, such as blog posts or future publications, only where all personally identifying details have been removed or changed.
I acknowledge that my participation in any service is voluntary and that I remain fully responsible for my own wellbeing, decisions, and interpretations before, during, and after any session.
I understand that Studio Selia does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or effects from any service.
I am responsible for ensuring that all information I provide is accurate and complete, as services and guidance are based on what I share.
