Nature of Studio Selia’s Services
Studio Selia offers interior design, e-design, sensory-based design services, and energy-focused or spiritual services. These may be provided individually or as combined or hybrid services.
Services may be delivered remotely, asynchronously, or through live video consultation, depending on the service selected.
All services are intended to support clarity, awareness, balance, and intentional change within the home and the self.

Interior Design & E-Design Services
Interior design and e-design services provided by Studio Selia include, where relevant:
spatial planning and layout proposals
furniture selection and placement
material, colour, and texture direction
sensory and experiential design considerations
conceptual and directional floor plans
design intent and guidance for implementation
Services such as the Sensory Bundle and Energy Alignment for the Home provide a clear design direction and structured guidance that clients can implement independently or develop further over time.
These services are creative and advisory in nature. They do not include measured site surveys, construction drawings, statutory approvals, or responsibility for technical compliance unless expressly agreed in writing.
Final implementation, construction, measurements, procurement, and coordination with contractors or trades remain the responsibility of the client and/or appointed professionals unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.

Sensory, Energy & Spiritual Services
Some services offered by Studio Selia explore sensory experience, energy flow, and how environments may support emotional ease, focus, rest, and overall wellbeing.
These services may draw inspiration from traditional systems such as Vastu Shastra and Feng Shui, alongside sensory design principles and intuitive or energetic assessment.
Chakra work, energy alignment, and other spiritual or energetic practices are non-medical and non-therapeutic in nature.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

Energy-Based Practices
Where services involve visualisation or energy-based work, participation is voluntary and intended to support calm, reflection, and inner awareness.
These practices do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, or mental health treatment. You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional regarding any physical or mental health concerns.

Personal Responsibility
By engaging in Studio Selia’s services, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you remain fully responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, actions, and interpretations before, during, and after any service or session.
Any insights, experiences, design guidance, energetic observations, or recommendations offered are applied at your own discretion.
Studio Selia does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or effects from any service.

Remote & Asynchronous Services
Some services are delivered remotely or without live interaction. In these cases, guidance is based on information you provide, such as photos, floor plans, written responses, and stated intentions.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied is accurate and complete.

Confidentiality & Use of Information
Personal information shared with Studio Selia is treated confidentially and in accordance with UK data protection law.
Studio Selia may reference general themes, insights, or design outcomes in educational, portfolio, or research material only where all identifying details have been removed or altered so that you cannot be personally identified.

Full Interior Design Services
Full interior design services, where Studio Selia is engaged on a broader or ongoing basis involving expanded scope or responsibility, are governed by a separate written agreement issued prior to commencement of work.
This document does not replace or override any formal contract provided for full interior design projects.

Data Protection
