This service begins with a remote chakra cleanse and moves into a one-to-one session exploring your space, what you want it to support, and how you want it to feel. It explores how specific chakras may be supported through colour, material, furniture and atmosphere within a space. The process is intuitive, considered, and quietly personal.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
Remote Chakra Cleanse
The process begins with a remote chakra cleanse. We arrange a time that works for you, and during the session you are encouraged to find a quiet space to relax and be still.

The seven chakras are the body’s main energy centres, running from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each one relates to different aspects of how we feel, physically, emotionally and energetically. When energy becomes blocked or out of balance, it can show up as recurring patterns, tension, or a sense that something is off.

During the cleanse, each centre is gently assessed, cleared and rebalanced. This can bring up emotional themes, deep patterns, and areas that are ready to be acknowledged and worked with.

Findings and Questionnaire
Following the cleanse, we share what came through via a personal voice note, including any themes, emotional patterns, messages or areas of focus that arose.

Alongside the findings, you receive a questionnaire exploring your space, how you want it to feel, and what you want to work on. We reconnect for the video session one week later.
​
One-to-One Video Session
A one-to-one video session where we go through the findings from the chakra cleanse and your questionnaire responses. We explore which room you want to focus on, how you use it, how you want it to feel, and what you are looking to work on, whether that is anxiety, stress, better sleep, recovery, grounding, or something else.
We also go through style preferences, colours you are drawn to, and things you like and do not like.

Energy Support
A review of your space, drawing on our Healing Design Framework and evidence-based design principles. This includes guidance on colour, material, scent, light and placement that can support your energy and wellbeing within the room we are focusing on.

Chakra Design Concept
A design concept for one room. Using your chakra profile, questionnaire and the information shared, the focus is on translating your personal and energetic needs into a clear design direction covering mood, colour, materials, furniture and atmosphere.
​
Alongside the concept, you receive a selection of key items and practical, evidence-based suggestions tailored to your focus area. If you want to improve sleep, this might include red light therapy, blackout solutions or salt lamps. If grounding came through during the cleanse, we might focus on natural materials and textures that support that feeling in the space. A concept you can take further into your space yourself.

What do I receive?

Not at all. The process is fully guided from the start. Many clients come to this service simply because they want their home to feel better and are open to a different approach.

No. This is an e-design service available to clients anywhere in the UK and internationally.
